Doctor dealt with my urgent need for medications which I had (stupidly!) left at home when coming away on holiday. My own surgery was efficiently telephoned to obtain the information necessary to fulfill my need. Only improvement : Receptionist could have checked that I needed a full appointment before telling me that I needed to wait until later in the day when one was free.
