The doctors have been fine.. The reception and back of house staff on the other hand are useless and rude. After waiting over a week for an urgent fit note and after chasing it up by phone on a daily basis a friend actually went in to deal with it as I suffer from anxiety, depression and also dangerously high blood pressure.. I suggest when someone comes in to speak to reception and the receptionist has to ask in the back room if anyone knows about a fit note for a patient.. Before the gobby male jumped up receptionist in the back shouts "oh God not him again, do you want me to deal with him" he should check the door is shut and the patients can't hear him because if I was there I would have INSISTED the gobby male came out and dealt with me and it wouldn't have ended well for him.
