I cannot recall the name of the nurse I saw at 0900hrs on 10 Dec 19, but she was petite with long hair and spoke with what I assumed was a Geordie accent. She was helpful, polite and very informative: also, her blood-taking was completely painless and left no bruise. I mentioned her to my wife who agreed that she was a first class asset to the practice. The same plaudit also applies to Dr Dyas, who I have seen in the past: the pair of them have thankfully captured what I believe used to be called a good 'bedside' manner. In closing, I normally try and avoid visiting any health professional and only to do so when it's absolutely necessary. Therefore, when I do, it is pleasing to know that you have two consummate professionals on the team.
