It has taken six weeks from the first phone call to get an appointment and then it will be by telephone! Totally unacceptable, are they afraid of seeing patients face to face?

Realistic appointment times and not third world service levels. Publish average waiting times for appointments and compare them to other prescribed.

Booking system is a laugh. Doctors are rude and awful quick to dismiss you and not take you seriously. If you want to wait 4+ weeks for a 5 minute appointment/phone call this is the place for you. When you do ring up for an appointment you are told to ring sooner or call every day at 8 o’clock to see if some magical chance of a cancellation.
