I find Dr Oldale to be very rude and unhelpful. She cannot wait to get you in and out of the surgery as quick as she can. She enjoys making a mockery out of anything you say and is very sarcastic when u try and explain what the problem is she doesnt listen! Dr Burling was a good doctor but unfortunately he has retired

I have just left this surgery and one of the reasons is Dr Oldale. She used to be good but recently I was met with sarcasm and even though I am always polite and respectful, she refused to assist me in a matter that needed her signature regarding my disability. It took my new GP a minute to do it. I also find it amazing that she tells her patients about her own health issues. I have enough of my own!

Having read the reviews. I feel that as my experience with Dr. K. Oldale has been quite the opposite to one review, I felt in order of fairness I had to give a balanced view. In my experience. Dr Karine Oldale had been an excellent GP. As she was also my late fathers G.P ( he died over 5 years ago,) I have had several consultations with her, on his behalf, as well as my self. I can honestly say that her attitude and bedside manner was excellent, my father looked forward to her visits, even when he was in the latest stage of his illness. She showed kindness, care, and a smile and kind word, and always professional. She did her utmost to keep him pain free, and could not have done any more. She is also my Doctor and I have over the years received a very professional and caring consultations with her, pleasant, and efficient. She has given good advice and done her uttermost to assist in any way she could. I can honestly say that in my opinion on dealing with her as a Carer for my late father, and for myself I could not have had better service.
