Terrible experience every time I phone or visit this surgery. Never spoken to a polite/ nice member of staff. Every person you speak to on the phone is condescending and rude. They add to the stress of the experience. DO NOT GO HERE.

The receptionist, specifically “Anne” is rude, condescending and unhelpful helpful.
Her tone of voice and manners are terrible! She speaks down to you and ads to your stress.
Ann shows no empathy and is a very unwelcoming person to see as you enter the surgery.
