Called thursday for appointment. Was told to call friday morning. On friday morning was told to call in on monday morning. 4 and a half days in pain waiting to be seen by a doctor.
The response to my telephone complaint was to send me a.letter complaining about my behaviour.
I was neither rude or loud. I will be moving practice and word advise switching to Haddo.
Lousy service. Doctors that dont work mornings etc.
These people have a disgusting attitude and do not deserve the position they have in this community .
