Shocking service.
Only doing emergency! I thought I phoned the General Practice not A&E.
Can’t tell if the place is clean as I never got an appointment!
Couldn’t even get a prescription or advice on how to get one.
Whoever manages this place is in the wrong job.
What are our £100,000 GPS doing for the community?

A General Practice is supposed to be just that.
People know to go to A&E or phone an ambulance.
Do as the name suggests, get on with General Practicing.
