No idea what those other two reviews were about, those do not reflect the surgery I know. The new appointment system can admittedly be frustrating but on more that one occasion I have been able to get an appointment the same day.
The staff are all friendly, professionaly can caring. I have nothing but admiration for those I've encountered.
