Surgery is appalling. Difficult to make an appointment- phone in at 8 in the morning? No appointments can be made in advance? Repeat prescriptions. Get lost, staff are rude.

Negative feedback is important to us so that we can address and respond to issues raised. "On the day " appointments are released at 8.00am each morning and are for urgent problems. There are a limited number of such appointments each day but, when they have gone and your need is urgent, you will be offered a call back from the duty doctor. That doctor will discuss the matter with you and, if you need to be seen, will arrange to see you (that same day). Routine appointments can be made up to 4 weeks in advance. Repeat prescriptions - we are working hard to try and streamline the process, for the benefit of all, as this represents the heaviest daily workload in the practice. Some patients, stable on routine medication, may be suitable for batch prescribing - ask for details at the practice. Staff - this comment is a matter of great concern and should be addressed through the complaints process.
