From the moment the receptionist(Bren) answered the phone every thing possible was done to arrange an emergency appointment and one felt welcome when checking in. The consultation with Dr. Eastman was helpful, thorough and reassuring.
Suggested improvements
Try to reduce the waiting time for blood tests.
