I have used the frimley green medical practice for many years. When I Know what is wrong with me, [ie deafness], and ask for a referral, I cant get one because the receptionist is refusing me access to doctors. She arranged a ear syringe with the nurse sophie who said their was no wax in the ear. I phoned and asked for a referral to a ent specialist . I was told by the receptionist this was not possible. I have to see a GP first. It is my ear AND MY HEALTH. I am extremely disappointed in this type of attitude,. Our taxes pay for NHS health services which is the largest employer in the UK. I dont enjoy being told what medical treatment I can and cant have by someone who is unqualified in prognosis at reception. I know my own body and treat my own health with due care. I am the one with the medical condition,. I am seeking solutions not red herrings which is what the reception seems to be doing. Mr Anthony Howes.
