Sometimes difficult to get through on the phone, can be difficult to get an appointment on the day, or the next day. Most receptionists generally helpful and pleasant, but some are, on occasions, less so. I understand that they are in a stressful job, but they need to understand that the person on the end of the phone is probably also stressed, and that kindness costs nothing, it is always worth remembering that "it is not what you say, but the way that you say it". However I am generally very pleased with the service that my family have received over many years, and we are very pleased to have a good practice so close to where we live. Thankyou.
