Considering demand for GP services Bartlett Group are way up there in providing appointments and access to a GP if required. I have been a patient for over 25 years and can only think of a couple of occasions when I felt blocked by receptionist when I called to book an appointment. I prefer the telephone call system now in place as you can speak to a GP rather than crowd into the waiting room. I am very proud of our Local Services knowing that local residents can at least speak to a GP whereby in some parts of the Country people have to Queue outside their surgery to get an appointment. thanks go to all staff who do their very best to provide a service.
