You always get to speak to a Doctor, and rarely need to go in as so many things can be sorted over the phone. Therefore not need to miss time from work to attend an appointment.
Dr Bitchnell is amazing, and the continuity of speaking to the same doctor about the same issue, makes you fell better supported and do not have to explain the same thing over and over.
