I have been a patient at the surgery for about 3 years and have consistently received excellent medical care. In particular, I have found Dr Buckle to be especially helpful , professional and caring and would like her to be recognised for this.
If there is any aspect that could be improved would be how long term medications are prescribed. Currently, medications are often only prescribed for a few weeks at a time, even where it is know with certainty that the medication will be required for life. This wastes valuable time for the surgery doctors, the dispensing pharmacist and busy patients. It also causes frustration and the risk of running out of critical medication. My suggestion would be to simply lengthen the duration for which the tablets will last, unless there are very good reasons to do otherwise.
