My Family and I have attended this surgery for some thirty years and I can honestly state that the appointment procedure is the worst it has ever been and totally unfit for purpose. It is almost impossible to ring and arrange an appointment as the receptionist is always busy, sometimes up to a 15 min wait just to arrange for a consultation phone call and the another wait until someone deems to ring you back and then you might be able to see a doctor, if you are ill this is quite honestly an insult and with the amount of housing currently being built in the area, the situation will only get a lot worse.
