I object to discussing my medical problem with a receptionist in front of a waiting room full of patients when trying to make an appointment. One receptionist actually argued with me about my B12 injection telling me I couldn't have it until it is due even though I was not well and I was going on holiday and I was only 2 weeks early. It seems this surgery can't keep their staff as every time I go to the surgery the nurses have changed, receptionists have changed and there always seems to be new doctors.

Suggested improvements
Receptionist staff need training and advised not to get in an argument about what the doctors have said to their patients.
