I am very happy with this practice, I try to make the drop in but if ever I miss it I am always offered a phone call which is very useful and can lead to an appointment through the doctor calling anyway. I always find the receptionists very polite and helpful especially Keeley. I have been using this practice for over a year now and I have received fantastic care, on the occasions when I've had to wait over my appointment time I haven't minded because I know that I will be seeing a really good GP that won't rush. Anybody who moans about this surgery doesn't realise how awful other practices are, not just at appointment availability but also GPs with poor knowledge, and poor manners. I will wait all day or even weeks to see a good GP, imagine waiting all day or even weeks and not getting any where with your complaint or being made to feel like your wasting their time!!! Well done fox hill, I know my family are in good hands.

Dear Patient, thank you for your feedback. It is very good to know that you feel we are providing a good service. We do acknowledge that we cannot offer everyone an appointment everyday but as you point out patients can have a call back from a Doctor to discuss their symptoms and then a clinical judgement is made on whether an appointment is needed. We have a patient participation group, if you would like to become involved in that group please contact Mandy Neville the practice manager for more information. We value patient feedback and can only make adjustments to service provision if we have the support of patients to do so.
