I have been a patient at Dr Senhenn's practice for 30 years and seen changes that have improved the surgery. Comfortable reception area, very friendly and helpful receptionists. The nurses are efficient and cheerful. The doctors myself and my husband have seen have dealt with our medical problems well and referred us to consultants when necessary. Dr Senhenn in particular is very thorough and we never feel rushed out. All flu clinics are run very efficiently and if unable to attend on the day another appointment is always possible to make.
I would prefer some doctors to work more days to provide consistency as many seem to only work on a part time basis. The surgery does seem to have a large amount of patients which means to get an appointment that day it is best to attend when doors open at 7.30 to queue for when reception opens at 8.30.
I am very pleased with all treatment at this surgery.
