Three appointments in a row have either not been booked (by reception), my details have not register on the check-in screen, or have been running over 45 minutes late.
Reception staff are unhelpful and very quick to point out when you are causing them an inconvenience even though they have made mistakes and caused you a problem.
Impossible to get through by phone to make an appointment.
Have just found out that potential issues on blood tests have been ignored for 6 years (only found out because I requested print outs to take to a private GP).
When are the Fountain Practice going to start providing the service they are supposed to?
