Always difficult to get a same day appointment unless you go to the clinic by 8am and queue. Having been a patient at Bourne hall for over 40 years we have seen a decline in services but I gather this is a pretty general complaint with GP surgeries.
My biggest complaint is the lack of full time Doctors. I really want to see a family GP who knows me and my family who I put my trust into not being fobbed off with a different person each time. If I want to see the one Doctor in the practice who I have complete faith in then I have to be ill on her working day or wait two weeks for an appointment. Sorry for the gripes but please more full timers!
