Absolute disgrace of a surgery. My dad tried to get an appointment four times he'd phone up at 8:30 he then wouldn't get in touch with them till about 11am. It got to the point where he would go and sit and wait for an appointment. Baring in mind it was a follow up appointment that he needed to higher his dose of High Blood Pressure tablets as the tablets he was on weren't working properly. He finally got an appointment at 10am on 26th of November. His blood pressure went that high he had a heart attack on the 26th of November at 5:10am. If the receptionist would have give him his follow up appointment then my dad would still be here to this day but no they said "we don't have any call back tomorrow" for TWO WEEKS straight. I am taking this further don't think they will get away with this absolute awful matter. Thanks for everything receptionists!!!!!!!
