This is by far the worst surgery I have been to! I have most recently moved to the area, and chose this surgery out of convenience. I regret that. My child has a heart condition. I've had an appointment for their first jabs, and they saw me instead, after profusely telling them that it's for my child. Baring in mind they seen to me in the back corner room... with the window and blinds wide open, and people were walking past. The doctor asked me to follow the receptionist to where i need to go for my childs appointment. For her to tell me in a crowded waiting area that they would see my child at home instead because they've gone into a meeting. Second jabs, the rude reseptionist informed me they changed the appointment (without informing me). I had to beg for it to be done there and then because of them not informing me. They did do it there, but the receptionist huffed and puffed about doing so. (I was talking in a calm and collective manner) I have had to get the hospital involved to sort out a repeat prescription And even now I struggle to get it. I need to get it weekly. I hand it in a week advance. Enough time for it to be signed for, and for the pharmacy to order in. But this is the last straw!! The pharmacy has said that they haven't received it from the doctors and to call them Called the doctors "Do you need it?" Of course I do it's so my child doesn't aspirate from an unsafe swallow I'm running out and they said that they can get it sorted but it won't be done till Tuesday... I gave them a week.. I've asked them to get it sorted for today as it's important

Suggested improvements
•Take care in their patients •show professionalism •hire nicer receptionists (they're front of house and are the first faces people see) •PRIVACY!!!
