They do not answer the telephone, and hold time is unacceptally long. The last time I tried to call, I was put on hold until eventually my call time ran out roughly an hour later. Someone at the surgery is not doing their job and as a result I have been inconvenienced multiple times now. I have been going backward and forward to the chemist to pick up my on-going prescription of Rivaroxaban, that the Doctors have been making an absolute fuss, I absolutely can never miss a single dose. Yet every time I go to pick up my prescription, I am told the surgery did not send through the script. I was told "oh that is just how the system works". I suppose they must be on a different system then because I only recently moved to the area and this is not how the system worked at my previous surgery. When they are not on strike and you are fortunate enough to actually get to speak to someone, it is obvious right from the get go that they just want to get rid of you as quickly as possible so they can move on to the next victim. This is an awful surgery! If there were any other surgeries nearby, I would transfer.

Hire more staff and properly train the staff you already have.
