I have unfortunately had cause to attend the surgery twice in the space of a week recently. On each occasion I was kept waiting in the car park, in the cold and rain - what a way to treat potentially sick people! When I was called in I was surprised to see the receptionist without a mask and when I challenged her I was told 'she didn't need one because she had already had covid'! What about the patients that she could infect if she is asymptomatic? And what sort of message does it send to patients that are told to wear a mask? The receptionist would not allow me to make a follow up appointment, instead she booked a phone consultation. I never did get the call.

If you cannot work it out you do not deserve to be in practice.
