I could not see anyone or speak to anyone as conveniently again you do not answer your phones. The prescribing refuse to give repeat medicine so I will probably trouble A & E.

Suggested improvements
Train you and get a competent Practice Manager as the surgery is getting worse, look on social media,

We operate a triage system that would signpost you to the appropriate healthcare professional and I would invite you contact us to discuss the pathway you were advised and ascertain what happened. Likewise to obtaining your medication. We would be happy to discuss and advise. I do apologise for the wait on our telephones this being due to high demand for our services at this time. We are making improvements to our telephone system to allow call back services and we have employed more staff to help with the increase in calls to the surgery.
