I came into the surgery and stood for 30 mins for someone to appear. The woman could not life her head and I showed her a letter for a medical review. She said w cannot do that for a year as we have no trained staff and the NHS computer system has crashed. Just ignore the letters.
Do not complain Madam B bins them.
