It is the first time ever that I have had a successful appointment. Ms Gache is firs class and should rewarded as so. I found her so helpful and very knowledgeable more than I can say for any of the other staff I have come across and the GPs seem to know nothing. The trCiage system seems to fail all.
The woman on the phone told me paracetamol is used to lower blood pressure and there was no limit on how many to take.
I am not mad.
Suggested improvements
Consider training and the restructuring of the surgery.
