The staff admit they know nothing and not trained therefore are not called clinicians but negotiators. If they cant get furl they can continue to do no work and think about quitting this surgery has t useless jobs and surgery. The surgery is the biggest NHS failure.

Suggested improvements
Close down and train the prescribing staff and telephonists.

I am sorry that you have felt the need to post such a negative post about our staff all of whom have worked tirelessly throughout COVID. Our demand currently is high and we are working to improve our access. As our receptionists work with a GP in reception we do refer to them as navigators as they on the GP advice 'signpost' our patients to the appropriate healthcare professional as appropriate.
