I just wanted to say, that my husband and I had our COVID vaccinations this morning, and everything wasvery well organised.
Well done.
Suggested improvements
Apparently I should have been given a timer when I went into waiting room after vaccination (my husband was). But there was a clock, so I knew when fifteen minutes were up.
