I was trying to get an appointment on a dedicated appointment extension and although being number 5 in the queue had to wait for 40 minutes to get connected to the operator. This is unacceptable as this is an appointment line and not the line to discuss issues. How long would it take to arrange an appointment - maximum 5 minutes - however it is already 42 minutes and I am still number 2 in the queue. This is ridiculous.
