I joined this surgery last year as it was recommended by a Dr that I worked with. I regret now not joining it earlier. The Dr's at the practice are very good, especially Dr Mann. Surgery staff are friendly as well but I think that they can be a bit more cheerful looking than they do at the moment. It is hard to get a on the day appointment at the surgery, but not as hard as other surgeries I have been with earlier. I now only use the online booking system which is more convenient and just at the push of a button. A note for improvement can be more availablity of online apppointments and maybe on the day bookings available on line as well. All in all, a good experience.
