We were only under fernbank for 18 months and unfortunately needed to visit the GP several times during this period The rudeness of the receptionist staff beggars belief. When we were close to moving house I happened to mention it to one of the receptionists who were quick to give me a stern warning about being outside the catchment area quickly followed up be an equally stern letter giving notice that we were to be struck off As a parting shot we trued to return some diabetic sharps which were refused

I would say retraining for receptionist staff but basic manners don't cost anything
