Receptionists are very impatient, rude and seems all what they are doing working for money not happy with the job they are doing. Such people should not work with the public. It almost impossible to get an appointment as these receptionists keep arguing over your case like if they are expert medical professionals. The clinic is old fashioned and looks very dirty and depressing.

Suggested improvements
On the top everywhere of everything is COMMUNICATION. Receptionists have to be trained on customer service first and if they are not happy working with the public they must find another job away of the public.As a patient I always expect to have an appointments to see the doctor as I guess I am not visiting the clinic to enjoy my time but seeking help from my doctor. So receptionists always try to decline any appointment requests.
