My stats: Male, aged 55 and have been a patient at Rose Grove/Peninsula for 17 years. The majority of time I have consulted with Dr. Diane Ruell so this review applies mainly to her.
Always courteous, always friendly, sometimes rushed - that's the NHS, and I'm not the only patient - always refers if that's what is needed and has carried out a couple of smaller procedures on me herself, both successfully. If I wasn't there for medical reasons it would be a pleasure.
Reception staff are always on the ball and have been with the practice for many years which makes for a nice familiar and friendly welcome.
Can't imagine going anywhere else really.
