I cannot speak highly enough of this practice Both Doctors are excellent as are the rest of the staff ..receptionists and Practice Nurses You are welcomed and treated with respect and friendliness from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave... all of them doing their best to reassure you if you are worried about any health problem or issue Appointments are not too difficult to get with the receptionists usually managing to fit you in the same day if you think its urgent. or the next day if not...but they listen to you and take your concerns on board . The doctors and the Practice Nurses take their time and will answer any questions fully .... even making sure you have understood all the information they give you... I cannot speak highly enough of the whole Practice Team and would recommend them without hesitation I can think of nothing they could do to improve...but I know that they are a forward looking Practice and will continue to make things better for their patients
