Not enough appointments. One minute you can book an appointment, then you are told its only going to book on the day, no one can make up there minds which is what. I book on line. But only a weeks worth of appointments, then gone in a flash, when asked about this, we not sure if its going to be book on the day or in advance, no one can tell you. Patients need to know, as it was book on the day only some years ago, which did not work, but no one can keep us patients in touch. We need book on the day on Saturday mornings like it was years ago, as all GPs only work 3 days a week. Receptionists are not helpful, they talk down to you, but if you spoke to them like they speak to us, you would get told off.. When ordering medication, they keep sending it to the wrong place and can take up to 30 minutes to get sorted.
