It takes almost forever to get an appointment at this surgery. I was on the phone for 46 minutes before I got through. When I started the call I was number 5 on the queue and it took a whole 46 minutes to finally speak to the receptionist. I was number one for about 10 minutes which means they just ignore the phone because it doesn't take more than a minute to book an appointment with the doctor.
When the lady finally picked up, she said she was the only one at the reception and had to attend to patients. This is really sad and something has to be done about this surgery.
The attitude of the receptionist and some of the doctors when you finally go in for your appointment leaves a bitter taste in your mouth.
