The receptionist was so rude about my baby they sent all of them for retraining when I complained
Shocking . A patient phoned for a home visit. She was told the Dr would call round after morning surgery. Then she was called to say ithat would be later. That evening she received a call to say there was no one available. This is an 82 year old patient! Disgusting lack of care, sympathy or understanding. Very disappointing.
Modern, efficient, friendly, understanding and empathic staff, excellent standard of care.
I have been a patient here since I was born. Even after disclosing some very personal medical issues, Dr Lindsmier (bad spelling sorry!) was very understanding and seemed genuinely interested in my future care at the surgery and beyond. It's very busy and a scheduled appointment can take a little over a weeks wait. But they have emergency appointments most mornings and I've never had to wait more than 20minutes to be seen.
