If you are lucky enough to get past the receptionists and the telephone system (which is not easy) you will be frequently advised that all appointments for the day have been taken. I went to the practise arrived at 8.10 am was still advised all appointments were taken. The Doctors the younger newer Doctors seem caring and interested in patients, the older ones can get you out in under 90 seconds.
