Moved recently to area and signed up with this 5-star surgery. I wanted to check those 5-stars ratings, as I've been to a few surgeroes over last nearly 30 years, and apart from one in Ipswich, that I would struggle to give 4-stars, all the others were between 2 and 3 stars. This surgery really deserve 5-stars - from reception and other medical staff to cleanleness of surgery and helpfullness of staff, can't really fault them.

I came in about a prescription and Debby was v helpful and gave me an appointment in 10 mins. I always find people friendly, efficient and I can get a same day appointment.

Lovely reception staff - always friendly and helpful. Generally see Carol or Dr Parry - Lovely ladies. Never really have a problem getting an appointment. Would always recommend.
