When I called to book my appointment for a blood test with the nurse, the receptionist did all she could to get me a convenient appointment.
When I arrived for the appointment I was told how many were in front of me. I was on time and was treated with respect by the nurse. The receptionists were very helpful. I couldn't have asked for more. This surgery is always a calm, clean and respectful environment. You get the impression everyone enjoys working there and they seem to care about us patients. I honestly couldn't have expected more than I received from them today, and it always seems to be this way, whenever I have to have contact with them. They deserve recognition for doing their jobs so well.
Suggested improvements
I honestly cannot think of anything that could have been done better. There was even a parking space available!! I would love to be able to mention something in order to seem like I am being constructive but I really can't suggest anything to improve the service I received today.
