I have had two appointments at the surgery for injections, each time the staff made me feel safe regarding the hygiene for Covid19. I was extremely nervous about going along for these injections but the staff were completely professional, and put me at ease. I have also had regular telephone contact with Dr Hinkes throughout Covid 19 as I am shielding. I send an email with any concerns, he ALWAYS responds promptly with good advise and always makes me feel confident that he is caring for my needs. He is always polite, kind, professional and easy to talk to.

Suggested improvements
I honestly cannot think of anything that could be done better. The main thing that comes across from the staff is that they all care as well as being professional. Generally when I call the surgery, the receptionists are very good. I have only once had a little concern but that was dealt with promptly and I've not had any other issue. The doctors all greet patients warmly, welcoming them to the surgery. As a patient you do not feel a nuisance. They never seem to watch the clock, they give you time to say what is bothering you. I cannot recall EVER getting as good a level of care at ANY NHS or private health facility in the past.
