First contact with the receptionists is great...they are kind, caring and helpful without exception. Also, there's a daily open surgery period, which is fantastic. There's a wide range of specialist expertise within the practice e.g. Dermatology etc to compliment the excellent general practice. All the GPs listen to their patients and tailor treatment to the individual ensuring the patient is included in any decisions and confident they know what's going on. It's lovely there.
