I gave my answers because overall its a nice clean surgery, in order to get through via telephone is an absolute nightmare . Its impossible to get through . It does not matter what time you start ringing the phone is always either constantly engaged or your waiting in a queue for ridiculous lengths of time only to discover once you finally get through all appointments have gone. This now has become very disheartening as a patient I don't bother wasting my time . I now self treat or do without n rely on my immune system in the Twentieth-century this is dispicable. Mon 29th Nov 2021 I have been ringing to get an appointment it has taken 48 Redials 46 of them line engaged atlas the answering machine kicked in only to be placed in a queue at position 28. How amazing is this Service...Not This seriously needs reviewing not satisfied at all. Start of call time was 08.01am & it is nw 08.29am at position 25 nw I cba
