Waited in telephone queue for about 35 mins only to be told there were no appointments available and to try ringing the next day.... So i did phone the next day and got the same response...Nigh on impossible to get appointment......
Prescription line nobody answers the phone....
Suggested improvements
Not to keep us waiting in a queue when no appointments are available....
Somebody please answer phone on prescription line.....
