The amount of time spent trying to get an appointment remains a source of frustration. Likewise inconsistent face to face consultation with an ever changing face,is not conducive to patient confidence in being able to be fully understood.

Suggested improvements
When the Practice on a daily basis is fully booked have a system that overrides the manual process and automatically sends a pre-recorded message to callers still waiting on the line.At least then you do not have to spend more wasted time to be told nothing available.
