You cannot get through to them via telephone and the CONVD-19 pandemic is showing how bad the surgery is managed. They just want all issues to be dealt now with the e-consult, I'm a fan of this and if I can avoid going to the most depressing environment of the surgery the better but make the e-consult form simple and less questions if ordering a blood form by making this types of request a simple link instead of going through pages of questions that are not relevant.
