Went to see the nurse for my second smear test and was really impressed by her kindness, caring nature and friendliness to make me feel relaxed. Fully informed about the procedure; it was quick and painless (my first one was at a different practise and I had the opposite experience, which was sore, and the reason why I was nervous about my second one).
Thank you Marta. There should be more like you in the caring profession!
